Pioneer Court 2022 update and on to 2023
After the lifting of Covid Restrictions companies began to prioritise and plan new arrangements for both their staff and their working environment. Pioneer Court was a preferred choice for the companies as work spaces are adaptable, practical and flexible whilst being energy efficient (EPC B). The ‘hybrid’ office model gives staff flexibility to work at home or engage with colleagues at Pioneer Court. Many staff prefer to work from the office which is evidenced by Pioneer Court becoming fully let in 2022. It is believed the reason is easy re-modelling for businesses. We’ve seen the space used for different uses including, break out spaces, meeting rooms, a control center and even a podcast studio. This expands on the other uses at Pioneer Court which included businesses using the offices for North Shoring (moving/expanding northern operations which are more cost effective), client facing and director only offices.
In 2022 Pioneer Court welcomed Fairstone Wealth Management, TMD Friction and Aspris Group .
Fairstone Wealth Management provides financial planning and wealth management solutions to individuals and now have over 40 locations nationwide.
TMD Friction are global leaders in brake friction technology with over 135 years in the braking friction industry.
Aspris Group are national educational and healthcare provider’s who have a chosen Pioneer Court for an office only function.
For 2023 there is only the ground floor available to let which is ideally suited to a professional business.
