JMC Landscapes’ contract renewed to maintain Pioneer Court grounds
Hagen Developments has renewed the contract with JMC Landscapes to maintain the grounds of its business park at Pioneer Court, Darlington.
The Spennymoor-based commercial contractor has already been keeping the outdoor green spaces and paved areas around the office units neat and tidy for the past two years.
Joseph Carr, managing partner at JMC Landscapes, said: “We carry out grass cutting, trimming hedges and trees, tending the beds, and keeping the pavements clear of weeds – everything to ensure the area is presentable.
“I’m delighted that Hagen Developments has renewed our contract and by doing so is supporting a local business and preserving local jobs. Our maintenance team looks forward to continuing its association with Pioneer Court for many years to come.
“As a supplier, I’ve found Hagen Developments excellent to deal with. Much of our work involves office and retail sites, and this contract is a great fit for our business.
“We are fortunate to be a partner of choice in the landscaping sector and that’s down to the dedication and skill of our team.”
JMC Landscapes, which was established in 2005 and employs 23 full time staff, provides landscaping services to businesses, schools, local authorities and building sectors within a 30-mile radius of Durham.
In addition to grounds maintenance and planting, it also offers commercial winter maintenance such as salt spreading and snow ploughing.
Stuart Keegan, senior surveyor at Hagen Developments, said: “We had no hesitation in continuing our association with JMC Landscaping, which provides a first-class service.
“It’s important to us to maintain long lasting partnerships with trusted suppliers as well as ensuring Pioneer Court continues to be a comfortable and attractive environment in which to work.”
